Cancellation Policy
You have agreed to pay for mentorship meetings based on your schedule of availability. Because it is designed as an individualized experience, your attendance at each meeting is particularly important. If you will be unable to attend a meeting, please let Dr. Brutus know as soon as possible (the cancellation policy can be found in your signed agreement - 48 hour notification is required). If you find that you are unable to complete the scheduled mentorship obligations for the year, please contact Dr. Brutus at your earliest convenience. CANCELLATION FEES: There is a 10% cancellation fee for all cancellations received within the 48 hour period prior to meeting. All other cancellations shorter than a 48 hour notice are charged full fee.
