Welcome to the Embodied Reset: Wellness + Professional Development sacred experience for women in high performance! We are honored to have your presence at many experiences curated by Synergistic Solutions. This reset is designed for previous retreat attendees to experience recalibration, restoration, and energy protection.
The Embodied Reset is comprised of moments to breathe, connect with like-minds, and cultivate skills to practically incorporate in our daily lives. We will also upskill in areas that may fortify our professional roles all-the-while maintaining our rigorous high-performance industry schedule commitments. It is our desire that we each experience the value of taking care of self and embracing restorative practices that facilitate sustainable approaches to thrive in our personal and professional lives.
