Roundtable Clinicians Community

Synergistic Solutions (SS) invites fellow clinicians (counselors, social workers, marriage & family therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists) to join our Roundtable Clinicians Community. Our firm, made up of dually trained clinicians (sport psychology and clinical/counseling psychology), is facilitating roundtable discussions to support mental health clinicians in their ethical transition into the sport/performance sector. We encourage early-, mid-, and late-career clinicians to attend and share with their networks.

WHO

This is both a professional consultation and case consultation group for licensed clinicians who find themselves working with performance populations (athletes, performing artists, tactical populations, corporate athletes) and seeking to fill the gaps in their sport/performance psychology training and to learn to navigate sport systems effectively.

FORMAT

8, 75-minute bi-weekly, virtual group consultation meetings facilitated by a SS firm member. Each meeting will include an educational component and space for case consultation on current clinical matters.

ELIGIBILITY

Licensed clinicians actively providing clinical support to sport and high-performing populations and seeking to upskill in sport and performance psychology.
