Dr. Rachelle Scott is a native New Yorker and a board-certified psychiatrist with 15+ years of experience providing direct clinical services, with an expertise in psychopharmacology, and leadership in a variety of settings. Upon completing her residency at Zucker Hillside in adult psychiatry, Dr. Scott worked in numerous roles as a direct service provider, supervisor, teacher, and administrator for hospital, community mental health, and private practice settings. She has also served as a psychiatric consultant across primary care practices in NYC to provide clinical supervision and psychoeducation to interdisciplinary mental health teams.

Dr. Scott's experiences as a medical director helped to shape her ability to optimize large mental healthcare systems, coordinate, assess, and refine best practices, as well as create content for multidisciplinary trainings. She is an accomplished supervisor, consultant, teacher and leader of multidisciplinary teams inclusive of high performance industries such as health tech startups where Dr. Scott has been able to use her skills as a strong communicator, collaborator and navigator of complex systems and organizational structures.  Serving as a thought leader in a mental health tech startup has further contributed to the business acumen necessary to support innovative high performance organizations.

Dr. Rachelle Scott completed her Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) at Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA. After completing medical school, she pursued her residency training at Zucker Hillside Hospital in Glen Oaks, NY in the Adult Psychiatry Residency Training program. Upon securing her medical license in the State of New York, she became a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Her undergraduate studies were completed at Barnard College of Columbia University in New York, NY where she received a Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology.
