What this is & is Not
Collective Support Not Therapy
Loss and transition often occur quietly, without adequate space to be witnessed or processed. This support group offers a dedicated, relational space where participants can explore their experiences alongside others who understand the complexity of change.

Grief, Breath, and Belonging: A Grief Support Group for Helping Professionals
A thoughtfully designed support experience, this group is built around five guiding pillars that shape how the space is held and how participants are supported throughout the experience. Together, they create a structure that honors both individual process and shared connection.
Facilitated guidance provides consistency and care, while a community-centered approach allows participants to engage at their own pace—whether through sharing, listening, or quiet reflection. The group recognizes that loss takes many forms and that each person’s experience deserves to be met with respect rather than expectation.
Mind–body awareness practices are woven in gently to support grounding and emotional regulation, without pressure to perform or participate in any particular way. Finally, the time-limited cohort design ensures a contained and intentional journey, fostering trust, continuity, and a shared sense of purpose from beginning to end.
These pillars work together to create a supportive environment where participants can explore their experiences with honesty, presence, and care—held within a structure that prioritizes safety, dignity, and connection.
