Service Description

Eligibility for designation as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) requires a significant amount of dedication, diligence and intentionality in pursuing knowledge, skills, and abilities that indicate core competencies in serving performers across multiple performance domains. By entering into a formal agreement to join this mentorship cohort, you are indicating a desire for our firm members to enter into a formal mentor-mentee relationship with intent on your willingness to complete requirements for the CMPC designation. *Note: This is NOT an agreement for clinical supervision towards licensure.* This group mentorship will function most effectively in an atmosphere of trust. This trust develops through an environment of respectful curiosity, inquiry, and knowledge sharing, both for our own growth and the benefit of our clients. Group mentorship has been deliberately designed to include members with somewhat disparate backgrounds and training, so that our diversity of knowledge and experience can add to the whole. At the same time, this means that some people may have different levels or kinds of training from you, and that we need to be clear in spelling out our assumptions and perspective.
